I am a certified ADHD-Informed Coach, Dyslexia Coach, Corporate Coach, Workplace Strategy Coach, Specialist Study Skills Tutor, Zing Performance Provider and SELF-EMDR Coach, Assistive Technology Trainer, Reiki Practitioner and Teacher. I have an Enhanced DBS Certificate and am on the update service.
Due to my neurodivergence, I love to explore the big picture, patterns, connections, and ask questions that create space for powerful mindset shifts.
I have 30+ years experience in the workplace and 20+ years experience in education, specialising in neurodivergence. I have also run art workshops for people with mental health challenges. Curious? Click here.

Due to recently graduating from university, where I utilised DSA mentoring, I have a unique understanding of effective and impactful forms of support. I understand the importance of personally adapted support.
I am a fully qualified Autism and ADHD Specialist Mentor, and Assistive Technology Trainer. I have a degree in Psychology and Counselling Studies with experience in disability and neurodivergent mentoring within a charity organisation.
While studying, I acted as Access and Inclusion Officer where I advocated for a diverse range of students. This gave me important insight into their individual experiences and challenges. I also helped make impactful changes within the university.
As a neurodivergent LGBTQ+ person I have experience and perspective into the distinctive challenges that come from minority identities and ways the intersection of multiple identities can escalate the intensity of these challenges.
I have been practising energy healing and using crystal energies for 33 years, starting aged 16.
It was from the age of 8 I realised what I had in my hands and it scared me as due to religious people around me I daren’t say anything. However, as time went by and I met more open minded people, I felt I had to get some kind of qualification to somehow ‘validate’ my energy and was curious about Reiki.
I attained my first Reiki certification in 1999. I went on to become a Reiki Master in Summer 2025.
I often channel my natural healing ability and reiki through a crystal. If you wish to include a crystal in the healing you can have full input in choosing, we can discuss our focus and go from there.
I usually have a vision showing me which crystal/crystals to select so if you are unsure, I will use this intuitively. It will be suitable for you and the overall purpose/s of the healing.
